This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), effective as of 3/21/2021, discloses how Airline Pilot Careers, LLC (“APC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, stores, shares, and uses the personal information of users and visitors (“user”, “you”, or “your”) of our website, (the “Site”), as well as when a user purchases a related product and service we may offer (the “Services").

Types of Information That May Be Collected:


  • Personal Identifying Information:

To make a purchase, APC will request a user provide certain personal identifying information (“PII”), which may include, but is not limited to: name, address, email, telephone number, and credit card information. APC may need to request additional information as necessary to fulfill the Services purchased.

  • Aggregate Information:

This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site and what other sites may have directed you to us. This information, which is collected in a variety of different ways, is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that points to the site you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

  • Collection and Use of Personal Information:

​When you conduct a transaction on our Site, as part of the process, we collect personal identifying information (“PII”) you give us including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number. We will retain your PII for as long as needed to provide you the Services, as well as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We collect such PII in addition to the Device Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide the products and services offered by Airline Pilot Careers, LLC;

  2. To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;

How We Collect and Use Information:

  • We will not collect any PII about you unless it is voluntarily provided to us. However, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you choose to use certain Services available on the Site.   • Collection of Website Visitor Data:

When you visit (the “Site”), we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our Site, and information about how you interact with our Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

  • Collection of Device Information Occurs From the Following Technologies:

  2. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  3. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse our Website.

Additionally, when you make a purchase through our Site, the third party “PayPal” service will collect certain information from you to include: your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), and email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”



  • In order to use the Site, you must possess the legal authority, right and freedom to agree to these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this Site if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. We do not knowingly collect, store, share, or use PII for minor visitors. In order to use the associated services, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this Site and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

  • The GDPR requires that any European resident has the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information above.

  • Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. 

  • Communication with Site Visitors and Customers:

We may contact you to notify you regarding your purchase, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, or postal mail.


How We Store PII:


  • Our company Site is hosted on the (“Wix”) platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our application review services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • All direct payment gateways offered by Wix and used by our company, including PayPal, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its service providers.


Release of Information:


  • Airline Pilot Careers, LLC will not share any PII collected from the Services. However, the website hosting application, Wix, partners with a number of selected service providers. These include hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks, data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, data optimization and marketing service, and their own legal and financial advisors.

  • Such third-party services may receive or otherwise have access to our visitor’s and user’s PII. Note, while our Services may contain links to other websites or services, we are not responsible for such websites’ or services’ privacy practices. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Services and read the privacy statements of each and every website service you visit before providing your PII.

  • Where permitted by local data protection laws, Wix may disclose or otherwise allow others to access your PII pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, with or without notice to you. 

  • Our Site also includes the “Facebook” and “Instagram” third-party social media platform, which may collect information such as your IP address or which page you are visiting on our Site and may set a cookie to enable it to function properly. Your interactions with this third party are governed by their policies and not ours. 


Change of Control:


  • In the event that the Site is transferred in whole or in part to another entity, business, or individual, PII may be transferred to the new entity, business, or individual with the intent of using the PII in a safe manner similar to the Terms listed here.
