CAPE AIR PILOT HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Flight Time Requirements (Part 135 Captain):

Multi-engine commercial certificate with instrument rating

1,500 hours total time

500 hours cross-country

250 hours PIC

100 hours night

75 hours instrument

50 hours multi-engine

 

Minimum Flight Time Requirements (Part 135 First Officer):

500 hours total time

100 hours cross-country

25 hours night

25 hours instrument

Weekly Duty Hour Guarantee: 40 hours

Ex: 12+ Year Captain Minimum Compensation: $42.50 x 40 hrs x 52 weeks = $88,400

CAPE AIR FIRST OFFICER PAY SCALES (Per Hour)

Weekly Duty Hour Guarantee: 40 hours

Ex: 3+ Year First Officer Minimum Compensation: $17.83 x 40 hrs x 52 weeks = $37,086

First Year First Officer Minimum Compensation: $35,880
